Are your cooking skills ho-hum, so-so, or good to go? This class is for anyone who wants to take it to the next level and work with healthy whole foods.
In this demonstration-based class Chef Lois Cole will take you through all the steps to make a great dish that's perfect for the Lenten season or any day of the year.
Learn skills and techniques so you too can select quality ingredients and chop, season and cook your way to kitchen confidence.

Lois Cole has been in the food industry since she was 14 and has had the good fortune to have experience in the profession in many different roles. She spent six years in the kitchen at Mason County Central High School as a cook and then transitioned to line cook at Chef John's. In 2011, she became the Food Coordinator at Oaktree Academy and then added Next Generation Learning Center to her repertoire.
She believes food should be real, unprocessed and delicious, and it's her goal to bring back good old-fashioned food to Mason County.
