Besides being amateur poets, we at the Lakeshore Food Club help coordinate donations and drives around the community.
While any donation of food and products that are in-date, unopened and appropriately labeled is appreciated, there are some items that are most welcome.
For January the suggested item is: Healthy Snacks. January is a great time to begin or restart healthy habits, so may we suggest donating items such as nuts, pretzels, low-fat popcorn, granola bars, graham crackers, veggie chips, fresh produce, or whatever healthy snacks YOU like to keep you on track with your health goals.
