The volunteer team at Lakeshore Food Club is the backbone of everything we do - volunteers help with all kinds of tasks from unloading trucks to light cleaning, office work and helping LFC members take groceries to their cars! LFC would not exist without these caring individuals who give so much of their time and talents.
In addition to our regular volunteers who staff day-to-day operations six days a week, the Food Club is also in need of folks who are skilled in specific areas. Are you, or is someone you know, adept at grant writing or fundraising? We'd love to hear from you.
Do you have a strong back and a large vehicle? LFC frequently needs hands to help transport food orders and donations. Let us know if you'd like to be on the call list. We also need folks who are handy and can help out with occasional building projects as they arise.
